I began practicing Pilates 25 years ago. I had always been active and whilst I was aerobically fit, my body was lacking in core strength, particularly having had three children.

Through Pilates my body got stronger, making daily activities easier as well as keeping me free from injury in my other sports.

My passion grew and grew and at the start of lockdown, I had a ‘eureka’ moment: why not train as an instructor?

I trained and qualified with the BASI faculty and have since undertaken more detailed and specific courses to deepen my knowledge.

Since launching my classes in February 2021, I have built up a fabulous base of clients, assisting with issues including scoliosis and pre and post natal. I have also worked with a client’s physio on her rehabilitation after breaking her back following a car accident.

For me, Pilates is a journey where the individual becomes wholly in tune with their body in order to understand how the body works and what is needed to maintain a strong and healthy musculoskeletal.

I look forward to working with you to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, keeping you youthful and free from injury.
